陈曦到天津公司北京地铁17号线项目开展专题调研

       11月14日,北京(jing)市轨道(dao)交通建设管(guan)理有限公司党委(wei)书记、董事(shi)长陈曦到(dao)天津(jin)公司北京(jing)地铁17号(hao)线项(xiang)目开展专(zhuan)题调(diao)研。轨道(dao)公司项(xiang)目中心总(zong)经理雷崇红、副总(zong)经理韩(han)会民(min);集团公司总(zong)经理张卫红、总(zong)工程师张文格,天津(jin)公司相关负责人陪(pei)同(tong)调(diao)研。

       陈曦一(yi)行查看(kan)了J 、L口,二号换(huan)(huan)乘通道,站台、站厅层等施(shi)工(gong)(gong)情(qing)(qing)况(kuang),听取(qu)了项(xiang)目工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)进(jin)(jin)展情(qing)(qing)况(kuang)汇报,并就项(xiang)目下一(yi)步工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)提(ti)出(chu)五点具(ju)体(ti)要(yao)(yao)(yao)求:一(yi)是(shi)(shi)要(yao)(yao)(yao)认清(qing)当面(mian)面(mian)临的严(yan)峻形势,从严(yan)从紧(jin)抓落实(shi),持续保持战(zhan)斗(dou)状(zhuang)态(tai);二是(shi)(shi)甲(jia)供材料厂(chang)家要(yao)(yao)(yao)发挥最大潜力,配合(he)中铁北京工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)局完成装修工(gong)(gong)作(zuo);三(san)是(shi)(shi)安(an)全方(fang)面(mian),要(yao)(yao)(yao)安(an)排有关人员每半个小(xiao)时开(kai)展现场巡查,及时排查隐(yin)患(huan)、解决问题,确保现场施(shi)工(gong)(gong)平稳(wen)开(kai)展;四是(shi)(shi)质量方(fang)面(mian),要(yao)(yao)(yao)彻底整(zheng)治车站渗漏水问题,做好成品保护工(gong)(gong)作(zuo),避免后期更换(huan)(huan);五是(shi)(shi)目前疫(yi)情(qing)(qing)管控政策不断升级,要(yao)(yao)(yao)做好人员进(jin)(jin)出(chu)场工(gong)(gong)作(zuo),凡进(jin)(jin)场必扫(sao)北京健(jian)康宝。

       张卫红表示(shi),集团公司(si)高(gao)度重(zhong)视项(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)建设(she)和(he)履约情(qing)况(kuang),安排(pai)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)组(zu)驻扎项(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)现(xian)(xian)场,督导项(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)进(jin)(jin)度。他(ta)对(dui)下一步(bu)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)提(ti)出五(wu)点(dian)要求:一是(shi)(shi)要保(bao)(bao)持势态,持续(xu)推进(jin)(jin)项(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)建设(she),保(bao)(bao)证后(hou)期施(shi)工(gong)稳步(bu)进(jin)(jin)行(xing),严格按照11·30目(mu)标(biao)节(jie)点(dian)开(kai)展(zhan)(zhan)作(zuo)(zuo)业(ye);二是(shi)(shi)要全(quan)(quan)力(li)以赴保(bao)(bao)安全(quan)(quan),严防(fang)死守(shou)。现(xian)(xian)场交叉作(zuo)(zuo)业(ye)多,要做好垂直(zhi)作(zuo)(zuo)业(ye)人(ren)员(yuan)(yuan)安全(quan)(quan)教育培训,相(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)关施(shi)工(gong)部(bu)位,必须(xu)有专人(ren)盯守(shou)。加(jia)(jia)强班前交接、岗前培训,增加(jia)(jia)电力(li)工(gong)程师的配(pei)(pei)置(zhi),开(kai)展(zhan)(zhan)现(xian)(xian)场巡查,做到每一位管(guan)理(li)人(ren)员(yuan)(yuan)都(dou)是(shi)(shi)安全(quan)(quan)员(yuan)(yuan)。安排(pai)人(ren)员(yuan)(yuan)彻底扫清全(quan)(quan)站各(ge)(ge)层建筑垃圾(ji),并加(jia)(jia)强防(fang)疫工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo),营造(zao)开(kai)通前的良(liang)好局面(mian)。三是(shi)(shi)要重(zhong)点(dian)深入,加(jia)(jia)强质量管(guan)理(li),彻底处置(zhi)堵漏(lou)问题(ti),不(bu)留“后(hou)遗症”。侵限、克缺、堵漏(lou)相(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)关问题(ti),抓(zhua)紧时(shi)间销(xiao)号。四是(shi)(shi)补足(zu)劳力(li),加(jia)(jia)强施(shi)工(gong)组(zu)织,凡是(shi)(shi)有工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)面(mian)的地方必须(xu)补足(zu)劳力(li)。要强化劳动竞赛考(kao)核(he)(he)机(ji)制(zhi),及(ji)(ji)时(shi)兑现(xian)(xian)考(kao)核(he)(he)结果,充分调动工(gong)人(ren)生产积极(ji)性(xing)与工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)创造(zao)性(xing)。提(ti)前预判各(ge)(ge)材(cai)料需求量及(ji)(ji)送达时(shi)间,列(lie)出详细(xi)的材(cai)料计(ji)划进(jin)(jin)行(xing)跟(gen)进(jin)(jin),保(bao)(bao)证及(ji)(ji)时(shi)供应。五(wu)是(shi)(shi)确保(bao)(bao)设(she)备单(dan)位、管(guan)理(li)单(dan)位的联动协同(tong),建立每日会议(yi)制(zhi)度,邀(yao)请各(ge)(ge)专业(ye)单(dan)位负责人(ren)共同(tong)开(kai)展(zhan)(zhan)现(xian)(xian)场排(pai)查会议(yi),相(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)互配(pei)(pei)合、共同(tong)发力(li),共保(bao)(bao)目(mu)标(biao)。(供稿:天(tian)津公司(si) 编辑:兀拓卒)
